SHWARAS is an online clothing store specializing in girls’ apparel.
By using our website or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or using this website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Product Information

We try our best to display accurate product colors, size details, and descriptions.
However, actual product color may vary slightly due to:

  • Mobile/Computer screen brightness
  • Studio lighting during photoshoot

Sizes may vary by 1–2 cm due to different stitching patterns.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (if any).
We accept online payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available only in selected locations.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Out of stock
  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect address
  • Fraudulent transactions

If your order is cancelled, any payment collected will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We usually process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time varies based on location, generally 3–7 business days within India.

Delays due to courier services, strikes, weather, or festivals are not under our control.

6. Return / Exchange Policy

We accept exchange only, no refunds, unless the product is damaged or wrong.

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product size does not fit
  • You received a damaged or incorrect item

Conditions for exchange:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used / Washed products
  • Sale items / Clearance products
  • Accessories

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

All product photos, designs, website content, and brand name SHWARAS are our exclusive property.
Do not copy, use, or reproduce without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SHWARAS is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Any damage caused after product delivery

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.
