1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
  • During high order volume or festival seasons, shipping may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Bluedart
  • India Post (for certain pin codes)

Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email once dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Tamil Nadu: 2 – 4 business days
  • South India: 3 – 5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days

Remote or rural locations may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or order value (displayed during checkout).
  • If shipping charges apply, they will be shown clearly during checkout.

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your address, pin code, and phone number are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier service name
  • Tracking link

You can track your package anytime until delivery.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals
  • Courier network issues
  • Unexpected events

If the courier returns the package to us due to address issues / phone not reachable / not accepting delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India.
