We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a wrong item (wrong color, size, or design).

The product has a genuine defect or damage.

The size is completely different from what you ordered .

To request an exchange:

Exchange conditions:

The product must be unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Slight variations in color, print, or texture are natural in handmade fabrics and are not considered defects.
